Trinity Church is looking for a Facilities Manager with a blend of strategic oversight and practical, hands-on wisdom to steward the physical spaces that serve our mission. Overseeing approximately 3 acres of indoor space—ranging from 1970s infrastructure to modern renovations—this role leads our custodial team and manages the vital building systems that allow our stories of faithfulness to keep being told. We are seeking a servant-hearted leader with experience in building operations or trades who is passionate about creating safe, excellent, and welcoming environments where ministry can flourish.
Trinity Church is looking to hire an individual with a passion for all things NextGen – someone who catches the vision of strategic discipleship and what it looks like to journey alongside kids, students, and families from the Nursery right up into young adulthood. This role will serve primarily in our youth ministry, partnering with our existing Youth Pastor to give leadership to Middle and High School Youth (MSY + HSY) and equipping and shepherding the amazing team of volunteers who invest in our students.
