I've never been to Christmas at Trinity, what will the service be like?

This 90-minute gathering will be full of special music, singing, moments of laughter, audience interaction, and a Christmas message that will inspire and encourage us all as we approach the new year. Please note that there will be flashing lights during the service; please use caution if you have a condition triggered by flashing lights. We can’t wait for you to join us!

How much are tickets?

This year, general admission tickets will be $8 each. Kids ages 17 and under are free!

What if I can’t pay for a ticket?

We want our Christmas experience to be available to everyone! If you aren’t able to pay for a ticket this season, please email tickets@trinitykelowna.ca.

Where does the money from ticket sales go?

All of the money that we receive from ticket sales will be invested back into our local and global communities through The Central Okanagan Food Bank + Compassion Canada Global Food Security Programs. These outward facing, mission focused charities are harnessing the difference making power of generosity. Together we can make a tangible difference in people’s lives this Christmas season.

Do I need to show my ticket at the door?

Yes. You must present your printed or mobile ticket to gain entry to our services. Please note that our host team will be checking ticket types (General admission or kids) upon arrival.

Can I return my tickets?

Because all of the money that we receive will be donated to our Christmas Give partners, there will be no refunds available for tickets. We ask that you only buy tickets to the services you can commit to attending. Please do not overbuy tickets if you’re unsure that additional people will attend; this will help us welcome as many people into our Christmas experience as we can! If you are unable to make it to your showtime, please let us know that you will no longer be using your tickets by emailing  tickets@trinitykelowna.ca.

What time should I plan to arrive?

Our Pre-show will begin 15 minutes prior to each service time start. We definitely recommend arriving to your service time 20-30 minutes to find parking and seating before the show starts.

Is it family friendly?

Yes! We get the opportunity to gather in service with the whole family this year! This service is designed for all ages to engage, interact, and create memories together.

Is Trinity Kids available?

Because our service is for all ages, we will not have Trinity Kids Programming or Nursery available. Our Kids Team is excited to provide special activity booklets for children as they enter into the auditorium to help them follow along with the show. We will also have a parent and child area located in The Hub for littles who are not able to sit in the service. Please note that this area will not be staffed and a parent must be present with their child at all times.

What does accessibility look like?

Every one of our services will have plenty of availability for wheelchair accessible seating. If you require assistance with wheelchair seating, please talk to one of our hosts, they would love to help you find the perfect spot to enjoy the service! Our room is also equipped with a hearing loop that is compatible with any T-coil-enabled hearing aid. We will also be offering ASL interpretation at both of our service times on December 23rd (1:30pm & 4:00pm) for those who are deaf and hard of hearing. Please find one of our hosts upon arrival to get directions for where to sit close to our interpreter.

What’s parking like?

While we have a great-sized parking lot, wheelchair-accessible parking, and an incredible parking team ready to help you out, we encourage you to carpool with friends and family!

Will I be able to watch online?

Yes! Christmas At Trinity will be available with Trinity Online at 10am on December 24th. Gather with your family and friends and Watch it here!

Can I donate more to our Give partners?

You sure can! Additional donations to our Christmas 2023 Give partners can be made here. Thank you for your generosity!

Who can I contact if I have any additional questions?

With any questions regarding your ticket, unavailability to attend a service, or questions about your specific service time, please email tickets@trinitykelowna.ca.

Increased hardship and inflationary pressures of are putting financial burdens on families throughout the Okanagan.  The Central Okanagan Food Bank has a food pantry that clients can benefit from monthly. These funds ensure shelves are not bare during a season where there has been a 40% increase in clients.   Their aim is to lift individuals facing food insecurity challenges, providing them with the necessary resources to enhance their quality of life and gradually reduce reliance on emergency food assistance.

One billion children worldwide are multi-dimensionally poor. They live without access to education, healthcare, housing, nutrition, sanitation or water. In the past two years, hunger and food insecurity have been on the rise. Families in poverty are facing acute hunger, sometimes surviving on as little as one small meal a day.  Sponsoring this fund provides food packs to a families in need. Each food pack includes essentials like rice, oils, oats, milk, corn and meat. The beneficiaries of these Packs and Meals are identified by our local frontline workers, and hand-delivered by them to needy families in their communities.

Values Survey

We believe that God is doing great things at Trinity and we want to continue to move towards being the healthiest church we can be. Our goal will be to clarify the following questions:

1. What is our God-inspired mandate at Trinity (mission)?
2. What motivates us (values)?
3. Where are we going as a church (vision)?
4. What must we strategically focus on in the next few years?
