Casting The Vision
For more than 65 years, God has been at work through Trinity Church. Long before any of us arrived, faithful men and women prayed, sacrificed, served, and gave generously so that future generations could encounter Jesus. They built spaces they knew others would one day fill. They invested in ministries knowing someone else would experience the blessing. They planted seeds knowing someone else would enjoy the harvest.
Many of us have been deeply shaped by their faithfulness. I know I have. Somewhere along the way, God used this church to impact each of our lives. For some, it was a conversation that changed everything. For others, it was a friendship, a prayer, a small group, a baptism, or simply a place where they discovered that Jesus changes lives. Every one of us has a story.
Now it’s our turn
We’re All In. Today and Tomorrow.
Rising Tide invites you to consider how God may be calling you to partner with Trinity in the years to come. Beyond the current need, we’re believing for what God is going to call us to next.
And we don’t want to choose between where He’s moving today and what He’s leading us to tomorrow. And so, Rising Tide introduces One Vision with One Fund.
The Framework
This initiative is built around one unified vision expressed through four lenses: Transformation, Expansion, Innovation, and Preservation. Together, these four lenses help us steward today’s ministry with wisdom and intentionality while stepping boldly into what God is calling us to next.
Transformation
Focuses on discipling, training, and equipping the next generation.
Expansion
Focuses on broadening Trinity’s reach into new communities and partnerships.
Innovation
Focuses on creative environments and outward facing tools that remove barriers and help people engage with the message of Jesus.
Preservation
Focuses on protecting and sustaining our physical ministry spaces, preparing the way for future generations.

We are not choosing between present ministry and future opportunity. We believe faithful stewardship calls us to invest in both. Our Staff, Elders and Financial Oversight Committee will steward this initiative through a unified financial strategy, shaped by the commitments our church family makes together.
Our greatest investment at Trinity is into people. Transformation is about creating intentional pathways for people to become fully devoted followers of Jesus while raising up the next generation of leaders for the Church, our city, and the world. Our hope is to inspire people to embrace this transformation, not just as individuals but as a community across our church, conference and networks.
STRATEGIC OPPORTUNITIES
Trinity Academy
Creating accredited and non-accredited learning opportunities that combine Biblical formation, leadership development, mentoring, and practical ministry experience.
Internship Fund
Developing young adults spiritually, personally, and professionally through intentional ministry leadership and coaching.
Scholarships + Bursaries
Removing financial barriers for students pursuing education, leadership development, and life-changing camp experiences.

We are committed to leveraging all we’ve learned to expand the reach of our local church in the Okanagan as well as build into other BC + National church partners. Healthy churches naturally look beyond themselves. They plant, they partner and strengthen others.

Walking alongside smaller and rural churches with dignity, encouragement, and practical support.
Innovation is about removing barriers, not chasing trends. Throughout its history, Trinity has sought to create environments where people who might never walk into a church can encounter hope, belonging, and the love of Jesus. Innovation helps us continue that mission in a changing world.

Café + Kids Play Space
A family-friendly coffee shop and play environment designed to create connection, serve young families, and provide an accessible community gathering place.
LED Wall – Auditorium
A ministry tool that strengthens storytelling, simplifies production, reduces long-term stage costs, and creates flexible worship and event spaces.
Classrooms + Upper Commons
Renovate classroom spaces into kid friendly environments while still allowing them to be used as multipurpose rooms and fully align with our Plan to Protect protocols.
Preservation items are included because stewardship is not separate from mission; it is what makes mission sustainable over time. Safe, welcoming, and dependable environments allow people to focus on what matters most. Faithful stewardship today helps us avoid unnecessary crises tomorrow, and ensures future generations inherit a church ready for what’s next.
