As you walk around, take in the beauty of our campus and our buildings. This is our home – a place where we come together to praise, worship, serve, welcome, grow, support, and thrive.
Now, let’s look a bit deeper. Consider the physical elements that make up our home. Think about the roof that shields us from the elements, the electrical systems that power our lights and audio, allowing our message to reach beyond these walls. Reflect on the heating and cooling systems that keep us comfortable year-round and the beautiful glass windows that let light stream in. These are just a few components of our campus, and as a family, we are responsible for their care and upkeep. Truly, consider how we care for our own personal homes. When the roof needs repair, we replace it. When a sink is clogged, we either fix it ourselves or call a plumber. Our team is dedicated to providing the best care for “our collective house,” and we ask you to join us in this mission. As stewards of this campus, our team has diligently assessed (and continues to do so) all aspects of our facility and have developed a 5-year evolving preventative maintenance plan to preserve the building as you see it today.

We believe that God is doing great things at Trinity and we want to continue to move towards being the healthiest church we can be. Our goal will be to clarify the following questions:
1. What is our God-inspired mandate at Trinity (mission)?
2. What motivates us (values)?
3. Where are we going as a church (vision)?
4. What must we strategically focus on in the next few years?
